Flora of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago
Available to all | UQAM (CD-ROM)
Porsild's Illustrated Flora of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago (1957, 1964) has been the authority for vascular plants of Canada’s Arctic islands for more than 40 years, during which time there has been considerable research on Arctic vascular plants. The present document summarizes the post-1957 literature, the information resulting from the Panarctic Flora project (Nordal and Razzhivin 1999, Elven et al. 2003), and the current nomenclature for Arctic flora included in Flora of North America.
