Institut nordique du Québec (INQ) and its partners are pleased to invite you to Northern Days 2023.

Under the theme "Imprints of a Green Economy in a Northern Context", this conference will be a unique opportunity to discuss, present the state of knowledge and explore different perspectives by bringing together key actors from northern communities, First Peoples, academia, governments, NGOs and the private sector.

The event will also showcase promising research projects, some of which have been co-constructed with local populations, that have been successful in the context of adaptation to environmental change.

Alexandre Bacon, a specialist in Indigenous issues and president of the Ashukan Institute, will preside over the event and moderate the discussion panels.

The "Northern Days" are an annual knowledge transfer event on the Northern and Arctic regions. This multi-sectoral and unifying event is organized by Institut nordique du Québec (INQ), a group of Quebec research actors dedicated to increasing knowledge and its application for the sustainable development of the North and the circumpolar world.
