Description
23 floats - about half financed by Canadian credits, the other half financed by French credits. Autonomous platforms which drift with marine currents, rigged with bio-optical instruments having a range of 3 to 5 years. Maximum depth of operations: 2000 m. Each with T, S, NO3, O2, suspended particles, chlorophyll and organic fluorescence, PAR/irradiance, and ice detection.
