Northern Scientific Training Program The Northern Scientific Training Program (NSTP) provides additional funding each year to approximately 350 students enrolled in more than 35 Canadian universities. The program is managed by POLAR as part of its mandate to support science and technology in Canada's North. The application period for 2021-2022 is now open. For more information »
