Biogeochemistry of Continental Systems Laboratory

The lab's research focuses on trace metal biogeochemistry, with a specific interest in metals required for biological nitrogen fixation. The objective is to better understand how processes occurring at the molecular level impact ecosystems function and evolution at the global scale.

The multidisciplinary research approach is at the crossroads of analytical chemistry, molecular biology, soil microbiology and forest ecology. It relies on both laboratory and field experiments.
